"Great location!"

"Easy walk to the beach and Asbury Park, lovely view of the lake. Comfortable mattress, good coffee, quiet, austere. We came to get some writing done and we were very happy at the Melrose. "

"Best place I’ve ever stayed at never any problems with anything will stay here every single time I am visiting asbury park"

"This property offers an excellent location and comfortable accommodations. However, sound carries easily between units due to thin walls. During our stay, we experienced noise from neighboring guests who didn't observe the quiet hours, and being on the ground floor, we could hear foot traffic from other guests throughout the night."

"Location was good"

"Perfect spot for a quick little beach getaway! Clean, comfy and perfect location. Would definitely stay again! "

"Not a good overall experience with the management when there was an issue. Seems they use AI to communicate on the VBRO chat so no communication with managers. Only good point is the location. Very expensive even in high season. Not a good value."

"Great room for a weekend in Asbury. Walkable to the Stone Pony. Plenty of parking."
