“Room was fine and standard. I think I saw someone at the front desk maybe 3 times in the 4 nights/5 days we were there. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but overall everything was fine. Josh was the most helpful when we checked in. Other than that barely saw anyone working excluding the cleaning staff. They were working a lot on our floor.”

“Given a room with very stained carpet. Numerous large stains and small spots. Called the front desk and they had me moved to another room within less than 10 minutes. Staff helped me move my belongings. Therapy pool area was quite enjoyable.”
