“Un hotel pequeño y muy acogedor cerca de las Cataratas del Niágara en un entorno muy bonito”

“I liked everything. It is a very complete and quiet hotel. I only disliked the smell of the elevators but my stay at Hampton Inn Lockport - Buffalo was incredible.”

“La habitación estaba limpia. ”

“Muy bueno el hotel ”

“The house was clean, the master bed was very comfortable and the ac worked well. The hot tub was one of the most enjoyed features. Great sunsets from the deck. The views of the storm that hit the area was amazing.”

“The location has a great view as advertised! There is not much around the immediate area, but that was part of the reason we picked this home. The property is in good shape and had everything we needed, although a few updates would be good in the near future (add some additional fans to distribute the cool air and perhaps a few more lights). Additional bedding would also be good - there were no complete sets. Very quiet area and no issues with neighbors.”

“As a guest services coordinator with Marriott I can assure you that Hart House is a treasure to anyone traveling the Empire State Trail. The bicycle themed rooms are super unique with even the finest details not missed to assure an immersive experience. All additional essential amenities are covered, so whatever you left at home is available here. A gem.”

“The keyless lock at the front was a little touchy and it took multiple tries sometimes. It’s a 2-step code which can be an issue if your finger isn’t exactly on the right spot. Also no elevator with lots of steps to 2nd floor. Everything else was great.”

“Nice place on the water ! Needs some cleaning and organizing outside. Floor needs repairing when you go in. Otherwise had a nice stay for the night.”

“The place was okay the outside had overgrown bushes all around front and back. Also I was understanding that it had a beach area but it didn’t it was a big drop into the water. when we walked in home we were greeted with flies. Then we went to take a shower and some of the towels has hair and had a smell to them. The bedroom by front doors bed was very squeaky every time you moved it squeaked also it had no privacy since it had a glass door. Over all it was okay I can tell you all are doing...

“Great communication.. clean and loved the muffins!”

“The outside of the property needs a good paint job but the inside was exactly as expected. Very quaint and comfortable.”

“Great house & great communication!!”
