“The property is falsely advertised as a bed and breakfast. It even says “bed and breakfast” on the entrance, and the rate is higher than other properties in the neighborhood. But it’s a sham, there is no breakfast, there is no staff on site to clean your room or change the towels, and the owner is full of crap when you complain. Do yourself a favor and look for another place to stay. Don’t take my word for it- look at reviews going back to 2024 calling them out on this. ”

“This place is super cute and perfect location. Beach across the street and walking distance to John's pass and local restaurants and stores. I will definitely recommend this place and would stay again. The only thing is that beach chairs needs an upgrade, also when I went looking for the chairs that are below the bed it was REALLY dirty down there. Also the safe box was closed and I was not able to use. Just minors upgrades that I would do on the room but that's just me. Overall place is very...

“The area was great and we felt safe walking around town. The kitchenette was stocked well even though we didn't use it. If we are able to come back to St. Pete we would likely stay here again.”
