“Where do I start first off? It was a five story building in both elevators. Did not work and appeared to be that way for sometime. None of the ice machines worked. There was an old bar of soap in my bathroom and the showerhead would only come out of a trickle, though the bathtub water came out fairly strong. There was only two lights in my room, though the room was very clean and seemed to be slightly remodeled, but all in all wouldn’t stay there again they definitely need to improve. ”

“Nice hotel. Location nice. Close to the freeway. Staff was courteous and helpful. Just don't understand the set up of breakfast (which I found to be the same at other best westerns) Why is the food staged first and a few places DOWN the line are the plates. Seems to make obvious since to put the plates FIRST then the food. Confused about that.”
