"Room was missing a lot of things and breakfast selection was lack luster compared to the last best western plus I stayed at..there was nothing plus about this one.."

"Great location to stadiums. Booked a premium room, was given a standard room (which was less expensive per night) with no reimbursement/change of room. Was told by check in staff Expedia sends them reservation booked and only states any room, not the specific room booked. Staff did provide two breakfast vouchers for issue, however would have much preferred the room booked. This concerns me about using Expedia for future bookings, the type of room you book is very important for not only price, but also consumer needs and wants."

We ahd to be moved to a separate room the 1st night because the bathroom ceiling was leaking all over the bathroom with water coming out the ceiling and the locks in that door were broken and would not lock."
