“Great value for a budget hotel”

“Air conditioning was weak and on high AC it was hummid and there were roaches near the bathroom”

“We were in Columbus for the car auction. The hotel room and hotel property was filthy. There were no towels. There was no pool. There was no breakfast. The property had overflowing garbage containers, animal excrement was piled in the common areas, x-rated toys were laying around in the walkways. If it wasn’t so disgusting I would have taken pictures. The front desk staff was indifferent, noncommittal, barely spoke English. We just wanted to GET OUT OF THERE! I have stayed at hotels……

“Took 15 min to check in. Desk clerk could barely speak english. No lights worked in the room. It smelled terrible and moldy. No shower curtain and pipes sticking out. Left immediately. Still waiting for refund. ”

“This place needs to be torn down. We booked as a stop on our road trip, and the pictures provided a better picture of what the actuality was. The area is unsafe, the clerk had security, the pool was unusable, covered, and gated and locked, the rooms were dirty, beds were filthy and uncleaned if at all ever. Massive amount of dog hair in both beds under the ratted with holes comforter, stains of all kinds on the beds, dirty bathroom, broken latch on the door- lock was not locking from inside.……

“This is the 2nd time I have booked a room at this location. Both times they didn't have the room I reserved blaming it on the booking site. I requested king size smoking and didn't get the room either booking.”

“Room 220 was by the boiler room. Loud, annoying mechanical sounds all night long. Terrible sleep. Requested a room change, told that we would receive one. Didn’t receive it. Told that the only room available had no working water. Had a headache the 2nd night due to sound. Our room also had uncomfortable bed just sitting on top of wood box. No springs. Someone had wrapped their panties around the smoke detector. I also reported that and it was not removed by housekeeping, our room was not……
