“As soon as I opened the door the place reaked like a dog kennel. When I flicked the light switch nothing happened so I had to make my way over to the lamp near the door and tried to turn it on but it wasn't even plugged in. Neither was the ac unit. The ac was completely broken with knobs coming off in my hand the the plug had burn marks all over it. The sheets & pillowcases all had stains on it. The manager did give me a can of Febreeze for the smell & luckily I had brought a box fan with me……

“The room had bed bugs, unknown blood stains on bedding and no help offered from the management staff. Never brought us new blankets even when asked. When told there were bed bugs the staff told us to “go back to our room, it’s okay, they’ve already bitten you so its fine, can’t get worse” we then checked out immediately, which was early and we were offered no compensation for the night missed, which was $351 a night because of Sonic Temple and we then had to miss the remainder of the festival……

“Room was not very clean, walls were beat up, floor was breaking apart in bathroom and in cracks of room, hairdryer was missing, not that we would have showered there because shower was filthy, but there was no bath soap/ shampoo provided. our bed sheets and pillow cases were dirty with stains, and we didn’t even have any blankets. We had 2 very thin sheets and a flat sheet. Other visitors were very loud banging stuff around all night long .”

“I liked it wasn’t far from the OSU (Horseshoe) stadium. It was nice and clean. I did not like the fact our keys did not work twice. Running back & forth to the front desk. It was a door battery. When we finally got in there was a little odor but not pungent. I did not like the fact there was no way to plug the tub, the handle didn’t work and the drain was REALLY NASTY! Lots of hair and gunck in it. It was alright and serve the purpose of our one day trip. We were dry, safe in a pretty clean……
