Property front desk charged 40.00 USD to check in 1 hour earlier. What service! Then the room door, and almost every other door, looked to be previously bashed in. There was daylight shining through the entire doorframe. Bed pillows smelled so musty and bed frame itself was so loud getting in and out and I'm a small person. Will not stay here again.

This property is discussing the employee are less then qualified for any customer service job very rude and totally over priced be very careful they try to keep your security deposit. Stay somewhere else!

The staff was courteous. I can tell the room was renovated. The elevator was available and working properly. The beds felt comfortable, I slept like a baby and didn't want to get out of it. The shower was refreshing and relaxing. Some of the problems were: some of the sockets didn't work, the ice machine was acting up on the second floor, there's no continental breakfast, but if you want some amusement fun and entertainment, you can walk across the street to the ICON Park. There are many restaurants you can eat at, great live entertainment, rides, places where you can shop at, and a great place to enjoy a nice walk for your health. The pool area was relaxing. Overall, it was a nice place to stay

The prices are very economical and if you're just looking for a place to sleep and go for a little swim this is the place for you. The room has an older model TV that had a rolling snowy picture but I didn't mind because I was able to use my Xbox to play my games even with the snowy picture. The last day of our stay one of the elevators was out of service. The carpets could have been cleaner but for the price I paid I can't complain. You get what you pay for so I will leave that to your imagination. The housekeeping staff were friendly and helpful. They were the highlight of our stay. Don't expect a welcoming lobby with chairs to sit because there was no chairs or furniture we had to wait on the stairs outside in the heat for our Lyft and there's no free coffee or refreshing beverages for the guests. Overall it was meh

The elevator had panels falling off -and like ripped off the wall. I think it was clean enough. Just needs major upgrades -especially in the bathroom. Looked like a roach motel, but thankfully i didn’t see any roaches, but it wouldn’t have surprised me if one crawled out of the bathroom sink
