I stayed for a week and enjoyed it. The room was big and and had a good clean smell. they came in and serviced the room every other day and my things were left alone. I even forgot my pillow when i checked out, and by the time i went back to get it, they had actually washed it for me.

Very nice place to stay. Came from out of state, and felt safe.

We had the oldest cabin on the property, and we arrived super late—after midnight —and were greeted with grace and kindness. Everyone who works at The Myrtles is friendly and helpful, and the property is very well maintained. Must say it was very charming to awaken in the morning with chickens on our porch and ducks next door to our cabin :) Having raised Rhode Island Reds at our home, we know that breed can be cranky - but the ones at the Myrtles were absolute sweethearts! I loved this hotel. It was really clean and comfortable. The staff was so polite. My daughter and family just moved to Baton Rouge so we will be visiting often and this is definitely my choice of hotels. We will be back soon.

Very professional staff and the cleanliness of the room is awesome!!! Just a little noisy. The rooms aren’t soundproof.

Every week my boyfriend and I are spending our off days going to stay at a hotel we have started our little weekly tradition with this hotel and I must say that it was a wonderful way to start off. The rooms are wonderful and so was the staff and they offered so much

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. Italy checked us in, and was extremely pleasant. Italy recommended a restaurant to us, that was amazing. I don’t have enough time to go into detail about what a wonderful employee Italy is, and how kind and helpful she was for us. Will definitely stay here in the future, it’s the perfect location to LSU. My kids loved the pool, and enjoyed it.

Very good stay but did not like the breakfast offered. Very minimum offers so basically didn’t eat breakfast at all
