Villas in Osteen

"Condo was clean but dated from 1990's, Grounds overgrown around pool which was far from room. Grills are charcoal and old so we cooked in room. We did not know 2nd floor and I mentioned recent back surgery no interested in moving us. Charged my credit card money for cleaning fee and I had paid in full? Removed when I left but I had to check when I returned home. Then asked for customers to take out the garbage and then there was a tip envelope for maid? No daily maid service..."

"Overall stay was good, except there were few things missing in the kitchen, bowls for example. Pool wasnt clean when we arrived only 2 days later. I disliked the fact that i had to reach out to manager everytime we wanted to use spa outside. I give this property 4 stars, its nice for the family and pool is a decent size. Location is really nice too."

"11 days in a great condo! Very well-appointed and furnished. Anything/everything you might need or want is there. I’ve stayed in high-end condos that were not as well stocked! Any appliance or “thing” you might need is here, we could have packed lighter. Very clean, nice furnishings, towels, etc. While we did not take advantage of any of the property amenities (pool, courts, etc) they all looked very nice. Host was very responsive, all while being in Asia on vacation himself."

"The property was in perfect condition and had everything you would need for your stay. If was very clean and the location was central to the beach and just a quick Uber ride to downtown NSB. Looking forward to staying here again!"

"We had a poor experience with the check in process, the management company needs to work on improving communication. The door code supplied did not work… we called Vacasa and 45 minutes or so later, we got supplied with the lockbox code and used that key to get in. It was inconvenient having only one key, but the key code box needed to be replaced. When we got inside, the villa was clean and well stocked. -tv in family room did not work and the fan in the master bedroom could not be turned...

The unit was well tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and beach supplies. We enjoyed the location. It was close to beach, National and State Parks. Plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby.."
