The plaster on the ceiling and walls was cracked and flaking, and the wood wall behind the bed was swollen from what appeared to be previous water damage.The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were not, and the sheet was stained. There was dust on the light fixtures. On top of all of these issues, there was no condiments - cream and sugar, nor stir sticks for the coffee/tea, and when the staff member was informed, he didn't believe me and had to attend inside the room to look for himself... this seemed like offensive and petty behaviour. The clerk did bring two packages of condiments, stir sticks, and napkins into our room when we were out of the room for the evening.
