"Pésimo servicio en general Desde que llegamos tardamos una hora en poder entrar a la habitación el staff de la recepción pésimo nos trataron mal y no Solucionaron, se llamó al gerente y solo se excusó y no hizo nada, dijo que no podía ofecer descuentos cuando yo no los solicite. El desayuno fue un caos, sin organización ni lugares disponibles. No volvería. No lo recomiendo"

"Clean room and safe parking"

"The area was not great there was a motel directly behind the property that was so sketchy. I'm glad my son went with me because I had my dog with me and did not like being outside on my own. The room smelled musty and cigarettes. It always felt sticky and humid in the room. The beds sheets had random hairs on them and on the last day when my son grabbed a towel to dry his gace the towel looked gray and appeared to look like it had a greenish stain on it ( use your imagination of what we believe it looked like) neither one of us was willing to smell it. The second day I was there we went to the front desk and the lady who was there said she noticed i had asked that my room not be serviced and then began to tell me I had to because I had a dog. When I told her my dog's not going to have any part of a stranger being in the room she said maybe I should lock my dog in the bathroom, WAIT WHAT!. Then for some reason the maintenance guy had to put his two cents in as if he was part of the conversation. She said ou can't leave your dog by themselves its on the paper you signed, dumbest thing ever i said people can't go every where with their pets. TShe was very rude. This is not a great place to stay. You know the saying you get what you pay for, this is where it came from. Spend a few extra dollars to stay somewhere else, live and learn. I will never stay there again and would not recommend you stay either."
