"Both the valet attendant and front lobby concierge were extremely welcoming and helpful getting me settled in and oriented to the hotel’s offerings as well as very knowledgeable about the hotel history and things to do nearby. I was very impressed and appreciate their level of service. I had breakfast at Wild Swann the next morning and the gentleman facilitating breakfast service was equally impressive with top notch service and menu options. I’ll definitely plan a return stay and bring my family along. Thank you! "
