2023 room was an efficiency w/kitchen. Reserved same way, room given was standard, no kitchen, MGR said no way to change, room cost more than last year, had to pay more to eat out, and groceries I brought were useless.

Numerous things broken, not very clean. We stayed a full week, Sunday to Sunday, and not once did anyone attempt to service our room. I took the trash out daily and had to request towels constantly. Kitchen was supposed to be fully stocked but had nothing. Very disappointed. Mold in bathroom, old food in kitchen drawers, dirty microwave, needed to be vacuumed.

Definitely needs some tlc and updating. The wallpaper had bubbles in it and the room just generally felt run down. We couldn’t use the balcony because water from the AC for the room above was dripping off their balcony and spraying on to us. The people were very friendly. The view of the beach and pier were great and the proximity to restaurants was convenient.

Cleanliness. Receptionist went over and beyond to make sure everything was good. My credit card was charged an outrageous fee. She did her best the resolve the issue. She was so nice and helpful.

Booked the beach tower for 3 nights the first night we had to stay in the holiday terrace as there was an air conditioning problem in the room we were assigned in the beach front tower. Management gave us a free night to make up for the inconvenience which I appreciate. However the holiday terrace was dirty with trash and old food under the bed (that my three year old found and pointed out), the floors turned our feet and crawling infants hands and knees black, the toilet was at best semi functional. Neither hotel had enough towels for the party size I had booked for.the morning my family had to switch over to the beach tower that I originally booked no employee knew what was going on and I was bouncing back and forth on the phone trying to get answers. We waited to get breakfast as we were too nervous to leave and risk our things being moved due to being in the room past checkout whilst on limbo of transferring rooms.As I work in hospitality I know things happen and I really hate to complain but moving someone for part of their reservation to a dirty room and nobody working who knows what is going on is extremely frustrating especially when it is a family with two small children.

I booked this hotel since it was located on the beach. We did receive a room with a private balcony facing the ocean, which was nice. The staff was always pleasant, and I could tell they cared. We did get ice next door at the sister property, and I feel the ice machine and area surrounding could have been cleaner. The pictures on the website truly should be updated as they are misleading. The property is quite outdated, and the "kitchenette" was not as pictured, and the refrigerator had rust marking all along the door/sides. I feel the staff did their best to clean the room, but I also realize due to it being so outdated, that is very difficult to maintain. The staff was quick to ensure we had the extra towels as requested and they definitely were working hard. A few of the outlets did not work in our room. I do feel the hotel was overpriced due to the overall condition of our room. We did not have any issues with the air conditioning!!! That was definitely a plus considering how hot it was during our stay. The staff at Beach Tower Beachfront Hotel should definitely be commended for their professionalism and politeness. I would have loved to leave a better review, but I believe the owners need to provide proper updates and upkeep of the property to gain repeat customers.

The king size bedrooms don’t have kitchenette’s. Which was disappointing. Great location for the beach but if you have an suv good luck parking in the small spots

Cons: The hotel is old, dirty and run down. The room was scary looking. They don’t vacuum under the bed…ever. I wish I would’ve taken pictures. I couldn’t sleep. The mattress was so uncomfortable. The springs were in my back the entire night. Parking sucked. Pros: great water pressure, convenient location and didn’t see any bugs/ roaches.

If i could give ZEEO stars I would. First of all when i checked in it was late. When i went to my room, the door was already opened (scary) and the toilet was running. I thought someone had just left. It appears that the toilet has a leak and so it stays running. The place was nasty. One of the beds didn't even have a fitted sheet on it. Just flat sheets. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. This place is old, rusty and dirty. I had to ask for towels and tissue daily. The shower had no water pressure. The elevator worked at times. I had to climb 7 flights of stairs after a long day on the beach! I didn't even turn on the stove because it looked like it would smoke. Microwave was rusty and dirty. The fire alarm was tested all day for a couple of days while there 5 days. This is an absolutely horrible place. Beat thing about the property was the location! It is on the beach! The pics on the website must be from 20 years ago. If you needed to wash you had to carry your clothes to the hotel next door and their machines were rusty. I had to find a laundromat in the city to wash. Not worth a penny in my opinion!

Didn't like anything. No staff on hand after 5 ,no ice, room was filthy, carpet made my feet turn black with filth, and ac exhaust was on balcony where quest sit.elevator went out and at my age walking up and down the stairs doesn't work.complained to Lisa Hadley she said she would talk with bosses about it, 1-850-235-0089.
