"We only stay one night. The desk clerk was very polite and smiled at check in. She quickly checked us in. The room smelled clean upon entering. The beds were very soft and the covers were adequate for warmth. The coffee maker and coffee choices could have been better, but for one night it’s not a big deal. "

"Clean facility, staff friendly and accompanying. Transportation to and from airport quick and friendly. Our room the AC was not working and staff sent a person to look at the AC within 10 min… the AC was frozen and they were able to put us in another room with working AC quickly."

"First, check-in was extremely easy and fast. They already had my key cards ready and I was checked-in in about two minutes. They had ice water and lemon ice water on hand as a refreshment. Parking is self parking with no additional fees. The room was extremely clean with no sign of any insects, a very clean shower with good water pressure and above average hotel quality soap, shampoo, and lotion. The beds were very comfortable and supportive which is important to me due to spinal issues. The breakfast was a 7.5 out of 10 when it comes to free hotel breakfasts. They had small cheese omelettes, biscuits, sausage patties (which I made a breakfast sandwich with), cereals, muffins, bagels, waffle makers, yogurt, and a small amount of fruit, as well as orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, and coffee. The location seemed safe, much safer than other locations I’ve been in in New Orleans. An internet search confirmed a lower crime rate in this area. I will stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans. "

"A fabulous value hotel in Uptown. Our room was clean, spacious and had a balcony with nice southern views all the way to the container cranes on the river. The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Great restaurants and bars along Ferret. Highly recommended."
