“the staff are so pleasant and greet you upon arrival with a smile and precise process. we have stayed here before and have never been disappointed. the breakfast Sunday morning was delicious. our family celebrated at the end of the event on the RoofTop which is beautiful (scene, service and sincere staff) we will be back.”

“I booked this hotel four days July 22 thru July 26. I booked a non-smoking room. On check in the room reeked of smoke. I complained and mgt said they can't control who smokes outside and then uses the room, but they gave a second room. The second non-smoking room reeked of smoke. On both ends of the building the rooms are rented to locals that appear to live there long term. These groups smoke and I assume then use the rooms. I complained again and the mgt offered to move me again to……

“I am always worried when I am booking a relatively inexpensive Motel. I experienced some horror stories before where the beds were not clean, shower heads were missing, etc. This one surprised us with its cleanliness and service. Very nice place to stay when you are on a budget.”

“Red stain on the bedspread. A/C should have been replaced 10 years ago. Shower was stopped up. Shower curtain disgusting. TV remote didn't work. 2 occupants with only 1 bath towel.”

Plus, no offerings of any sweet rolls. Coffee ran out and she was no where to be found. Plus just her overall lack of concern.”

Having stayed here multiple times for extended days, I find it hard to over look the ice machines to be out of service on several floors and pool and spa are not working nor is any work being done on them, must ask staff for water, none left in room. For price believe property needs better management IMO .”

“I had the most wonderful interactions with the greeting staff. I'd been traveling all day with a very energetic toddler and the desk clerk was SO very kind! My doordash made it to the hotel before I did. She was kind enough to take my food from the Dasher and seal it so my dinner stayed warm. Check in was a breeze. I also was able to order a much needed bottle of wine brought right up from room service. My room was very clean and quiet despite the hotel being pretty full with other guests.……
