"We enjoyed our time in Cleveland and our stay at the Drury Plaza hotel! We used their valet clear service without issue. We were able to check into our room when we arrived and found the room as described, clean and spacious. Nice views of the park and city scape behind us. Easy walks to Progressive Field and the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame. Hotel provided a complimentary Taco Bar and 3 adult beverages/person. Popcorn and refreshments for everyone too. Basic, indoor pool and hot tub were also used."

"This was my first time staying at the crown plaza. My stay was excellent. The location is great convenient walk to coffee shops, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were great. My trip was almost perfect until my car arrived at check out time from valet in which it had been damaged. The hotel did its part by taking care of my valet charges and the valet manager failed the necessary paperwork for insurance and investigation to find out what happened to my car. Other than this mishap my stay at the crown plaza was great and I will be back to stay again. "
