“Hotel is nice, but is in need of A LOT of refurbishments, new furniture, etc. Shower did not work properly; walls and furniture were scuffed and old. Clean hotel though and all was good, just need some upgrades to make this a great hotel.”

“This was a nice place to stay. Breakfast was delicious and well maintained every morning. I did have an issue with how moist the room was. Dropping the temp in the room to 63 helped. Also, the vent in the bathroom should be modified to help pull moisture out. After showering the door to the bathroom needed to be closed to keep some of the moisture down (vent/light switch on) in the rest of the room. Parking was decent. Never really had an issue finding a spot. Loved having aldis right next……

“The kitchen had snacks, coffee, hot chocolate, and tea. that was nice. Soaking in the tub was a wonderful experience. The steps were a little challenge (We are 70) but the handrail made it work. It is a lovely place to stay with books to read, games to play. We found ear plugs in the drawer by the bed but did not really need them. We enjoyed hearing the train and it did not come by too often. All of the attractions in Wamego are within walking distance. It was a relaxing superb location. I……

“The bath towel in room 206 was dirty (brown stains). There was no apple or orange juice available at the continental breakfast, no decaf coffee and very few eggs. I wanted to talk with someone at the frontdesk, but there was NO ONE there to speak with about my concerns.”
