“Once again, we didn't have a clean bathroom. Unfortunately, but unlike the last place on our travels, these people were very accommodating. They said they'd clean the bathroom, give us a new room. The customer service was out of the park.They took care of all our needs here.I was just a little sad.Teresa was the lady's name didn't clean the bathroom before we got there.There was use soap in the shower hair in the shower.I just don't understand maybe i'm missing something.And you guys leave soap……

“Good location right off route #9. Hotel very clean, updated and great price. Easy checkin and checkout. Staff friendly. I did not eat breakfast there.”

“Room was absolutely filthy. My fiance cleaned the floor himself and it took 3 passes with several TOWELS getting BLACK with dirt. Tub was filthy. The room was loaded with little flies - many of which were squished on the walls and in the shower by the last guest and left there. Desk attendant said "it's the season... There's not really anything you can do about it". We asked to move to another room, and were told he couldn't, but he would call the owner and let us know in an hour. He showed us……
