“We had a very pleasant stay from the moment we stepped through the door. It was so nice to have apartment still living, rather than hotel. Will definitely suggest staying here if you need a short term rental. ”

“We chose Sunshine oaks because of proximity to our grandson. Was a quick 15 min drive to get him for our daily visits. Sunshine oaks was the perfect size for my husband and I alone, but also roomy enough for our son daughter in law and grandson to hang out with us. I loved that the pool was so close to the unit, and clean! The area was very quiet and safe feeling. We will definitely recommend and stay again!”

“The condo was very nice! Beautifully decorated and very clean! Host was quick to respond with any questions we had! Only thing that could be better is the WiFi. With only having smart TV’s, you can’t have both TV’s on at the same time because the WiFi is too slow to play both. Other than that, everything was wonderful! ”

“This property is close to everything! We walked 2 blocks for donuts, 2 blocks the other direction for splash pad and park for the kids. Short car ride to the beach and great restaurants 😊”
