“The motel was not the same as advertised in ”

“Frosted Flakes and Raisin Bran were the only breakfast items offered. There was milk, coffee, and creamer available also. This is not my idea of breakfast. I was expecting more!”

“It was great. Extremely easy process. No unreasonable instructions. If I had to have a complaint, it'd be that we booked at a time when there were no fruit on the misbelief/loquat trees. But that's something we can remedy by booking again later this year.”
