First it was very far from the downtown, we stay for 4 day , 3 nights and we did not have hot water until the last day, not to much to do in the hotel, and they were Always asking if we wanted the cline roon

Highly recommended! Loved everything about it, from location, amenities, food, drinks, but most importantly the friendliness of all the staff!

Es un hotel pequeño, con pocas habitaciones, lo que permite que el staff pueda ser muy amable porque ubican a los huéspedes. La propiedad está a pie de la laguna, y es muy conveniente que tienen kayak y padel board. La comida es buena. Los masajes súper relajantes. No nos reconocieron como viajero VIP de Expedia. Fuera de eso, todo estuvo genial!

This is my fourth or fifth time at this beautiful property. Rooms are big and spacious, pool is fantastic, restaurant is amazing and staff are very friendly. Not really much to do after sundown ecept, eat. drink and maybe hang out. In the pool. It would be nice if there are more activities in the evening.

Very nice and quiet hotel. If you want peace, this is the place with no TV but excelent WiFi Breakfast is included and it is more than complete and delicious. Very good experience for me and my family. All personnel is very kind and in the restaurant the service is awesome.
