“12 stars!!! (Inside joke with the host.) The place was clean and spacious and the host was great. I brought my son here for his 29th birthday to hike the rocks. The cottage provided everything we needed including a spectacular view of Seneca Rocks. Centrally located to many areas of interest. I’ll definitely be back. ”

“We arrived at the property at 4:05 pm .It was supposed to be ready by 4 pm. All 3 bedrooms had dirty sheets and blankets piled in the middle of the bed. No clean sheets anywhere that we could see. There were no clean towels either. The windows were dirty. we hung around waiting for return call from the host. Never called back. We left the property T approximately 5;10 pm the same day, stayed maybe 1 hour waiting for a call from our host which never came. Never again.”

“Its the giant house on the side of the road, parking is by the tree on the hill. Arriving at night was hard to tell, with many small houses around the big house, and drive ways small. Dont let this fool you, this is to help you find it, as the place is amazing to stay. There are many rooms to stay in this house. This one is on 2nd floor, around tight nit stairs on top left. Room photos do not do it justice, its a bedroom / hallwall with bathroom, and den (spare room) very cozy, den is nice and……
