“CLEAN AND BUG & SMOKE FREE. I would recommend this location. Great Location was perfect for The ARK and Creation Museum. It was also a perfect location for local restaurants and gas stations. Close ot the interstate too. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Was given great instructions and had communication with the managers. Things to consider: The bathroom is not really big for disabled folks, and the beds are memory foam type and were a little lower than we would have liked.”

“We truly enjoyed our stay here! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. It was exactly as described, which made our stay feel easy and comfortable. What really made this place special was the beautiful setting on the Clydesdale farm. Waking up surrounded by such peaceful scenery and being able to enjoy the quiet of the farm was such a wonderful experience. It was the perfect place to slow down, relax, and get away from the……

“Loved this home away from home!!! Easy check in process. Beautiful, clean and comfortable home. The park, grocery store and restaurants are close by. My Grandson and daughter loved the ducks that came to say hello”

“The house basically looks like the pics, just needs a deep clean and some touch-ups. There us a decent amount small issues. We had to unclog the bath drain as soon as we got there, and had to play with balancing out the air vents because it was freezing down stairs and burning up upstairs. The pool, playground, and proximity to the Ark Encounter made it worth while”

“First I would like to say what a great host Donny is and thank him for sharing his home with us. Usually I'M a beach girl so I was little nervous about a lake house, but I do believe this is my new favorite spot. The view is great. Being on the lake with the dock and everything with it is all we needed to relax, swim and fish. This was a fun relaxing slow down time we all needed. (No phones except talking pictures.) We Definitely would recommend staying here with Donny being your host. Thanks……

“We were looking for something close to the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum, JC's Cottage was perfect! The hosts were great and allowed us to use the laundry facilities (for a small fee) which was great. The cottage was very cozy, clean, and comfortable. The beds were great, and my in-laws loved the shower. My FIL was especially impressed with the floors in the living room and bedrooms. I would definitely come back!”

“Really enjoyed my stay at this charming property! It has everything you need and the host family is very freindly. Comfortable and convenient to the Ark Encounter and lexington. Highly reccommended.”

“This property was clean and comfortable, and the rural setting was beautiful! Perfect for our small family!”

“Such a cozy, well-designed A-frame retreat! Even as locals living just 10 minutes away, we felt completely transported. The space has a great vibe, and the host was incredibly helpful and quick to answer questions. We had a wonderful two-night stay and will definitely book again.”

“Super easy to check in. Beautiful location. Quiet. Very impressed with the cleanliness of the house. It usually takes me a few nights to get good sleep; not here slept like a baby on night one. We had everything we needed to cook full on dinners. You are so close to the Ark you can see it from the back porch. Owners are great people and great communicators. I didn't have any issues just a few questions and Charlie was very responsive. Thanks for a great stay!”
