“This was a lovely little (2 bedroom) cottage…perfect for fishing and relaxing! Love the rocking chairs on the deck overlooking the lake. We didn’t have time to fish or kayak as we were there to see the Ark Encounter and the Creation Museum. The VRBO was very comfy…great sofas inside. Had a visit daily from Roxy the dog. Sweet. Will return. ”

“We loved our stay at the Little White Cottage. The cottage was comfortable, clean, and cozy. The owners had personal necessities there in case you’d forgotten something. The kitchen was well-equipped. The decor was quaint and sweet. The house was a great size for the two of us, especially with the outdoor space. It was nice to have access to a washer and dryer. Our favorite part was the lovely view out back and the friendly (but not overly so) kitty. We enjoyed listening to the birds each...

“More than 4 people would be overwhelming..it is a tiny house! Very little problem w/internet service. The owners and workers were very engaging. They provided us w/answers to anything we asked re the Clydesdale horses, their specific jobs, or the property. We never felt like we were intruding on their time or work schedules. We ate at Chandler’s and had “pizza” delivery..all were good. Maysville was a gem and we happened to be here during the filming of a movie. The Clydesdales were a part of...

“Was a great place to come a relax for a few days. No body bothered us. My kids loved fishing and swimming. The stairs going down to the lake were a little difficulty. ”

“CLEAN AND BUG & SMOKE FREE. I would recommend this location. Great Location was perfect for The ARK and Creation Museum. It was also a perfect location for local restaurants and gas stations. Close ot the interstate too. It was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. Was given great instructions and had communication with the managers. Things to consider: The bathroom is not really big for disabled folks, and the beds are memory foam type and were a little lower than we would have liked.”
