The unit was on the 7th floor and found out that the elevators were down and not going to be fixed anytime soon. I am 84 and there was no way that I could carry all the suitcases up that many floors. We had many phone calls into the host but he was not available. We were finally able to find out that they had moved us over to……

“The location is very convenient to CSU and greater downtown Cleveland. There’s ample garage parking all around, and it’s no issue that the unit doesn’t come with parking. Communication with the host is very good. The building is on the older side, and the lobby, stairwell and halls have a sour smell that I couldn’t place. The unit is spacious, but it needs a deep clean. It reminded me of a unit a bunch of college guys would be happy to share.”
