Gorgeous gulf front vacation rental 2bed/2bath Emerald Isle

Gulf Front 2 bedroom/2 bath condo with wonderful views located at Emerald Isle on Pensacola Beach! Upgrades galore including quartz kitchen counter tops, and stainless steel appliances. Flat screen TV in every bedroom, with a 50 in TV in the living room. Emerald Isle is a few blocks from the center on Pensacola Beach where you will find restaurants, shop, and bars. This unit is located in a luxury high-rise condominium featuring many amenities including a Gulf-side fitness room, 2 community pools (one is heated during the off-season), a community hot tub, and a sauna! Enjoy spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico and the sugar white sands of Pensacola Beach from your private balcony at this beautiful Emerald Isle condo. Some beach gear provided found in storage cage on the 1st floor.

***E-Bike rentals are available for $150 per bike for 1 week. Or 4 Bikes for $500/week***

We offer a 3 to a 4-night minimum stay except from May 30,2026 until August 8, 2026, which is a 7-night minimum stay, Saturday to Saturday only. Some exceptions are made based on availability.

Special monthly rates available from January until March 1. Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days before the arrival date will receive a full refund.  Cancellations less than 120 days from the arrival date forfeit all payments made.

Great Vacation

We love Emerald Isle. Our room was clean and beautifully decorated. The kitchen is well-stocked. The view is amazing! We have never been disappointed when we stay here and look forward to coming back every year.

This spotless condo was perfect in every way. Comfy beds. Great kitchen. The balcony was our favorite place. Saw dolphins playing and the Blue Angels did a fly over. Wonderful stay.

The view from balcony was great. Sunshiny days. Weather turned windy and a bit cold. Property managers were excellent. Minor things were handled quickly. Sound on remote and batteries replaced. Would return to this property.

Loved our stay!

We always love staying at Emerald Isle. This condo was clean, well equipped, and had perfect views. The master bed was firm and the other bed was soft. We decided to fly this year so we went and bought most of everything for our stay. There were plenty of fun beach items in the locker and we left some, including a canopy and 5 chairs! The only complaint I had was the jets of the master tub were pretty yucky and needed to be cleaned better. Overall great place! Thank you and we will be back!

Perfect!

We loved our stay at this condo! The office to get our keys was right across the street making it very convenient. Our condo was very clean and having a locker full of beach toys/floats was fabulous! The only complaint I have is that the shower curtain liner was covered in mold. It did not alter our experience whatsoever, however, I’d recommend a new one!

Awesome place just remember your codes. beautiful beach and ocean . The only complaint is the master bed needs replaced .we had to find other places to sleep . Couch . Changed room with kids . After 3 days of back pain . Just buy a new mattress .

Centrally located to beach and restaurants

The condo was nicely decorated and centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shopping which was really nice! The a/c worked great. A big plus in July! However, it was smaller than the picture’s led us to believe. The master bedroom mattress was so hard it was miserable! The sofa bed was very uncomfortable my daughter couldn’t sleep. So I had to go buy a inflatable mattress for her to sleep on. The pros did outweigh the cons of this rental and my family had a great week.

Superb Stay with a Beautiful Gulf View

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was in perfect order. Check-in was seamless. This unit was recently updated and is like new! It turned out to be tailor-fitted for our needs. The gulf views from the 15th-story living room, bedroom, and deck were gorgeous. This condo building is right on the gulf. There are no other structures blocking the gulf view. The 80-deg heated, outdoor pool was a bit too cool for us during our early March visit, so we spent our sun-bathing time in the adjacent hot-tub. I presume that the large, unheated, main pool will be very active on warmer days. The boardwalk from the pool area to the gulf beach was in great shape and easily manageable. The only issue we faced, a non-working CD remote, was addressed immediately. Literally nothing disappointing to report!

Property was so beautiful and close to everything in Pensacola Beach. There are televisions in each room, and the balcony is completely private. The 15th floor was perfect for the breathtaking views. The condo was very nice and clean! We didn't have any issues communicating with the host! 10/10 Recommend this property!

Overrated This is an honest review

For the money we paid for this place it was not worth it Yes we had the view but sitting on the balcony I either got a whiff of smoking or Cannibus On arrival the floors were dirty & sticky The showers were leaking or in the case of the other bathroom a part had to be replaced The washing machine was dirty also which I cleaned The dishwasher was not working properly & the Stove is slow to heat & cook I put in a complaint & the cleaners came to do the floor & the maintenance guy fixed showers & dishwasher the following day which that meant we lost a day of vacation there 2 bulbs were not working in each bathroom Taking the elevator up 15 floors was a hassle especially when 1 of the elevators was out of order . 17 floors ,225 suits & only 2 elevators is ridiculous No I was not happy with this condo at all or the price we paid Also 1 hose outside on pier walkway to wash your beach stuff amongst everyone else trying to do the same thing The weather was perfect so was the ocean

Great space

The condo is an older unit but had a nice layout and plenty of space! Beautiful views from the balcony. Pool was clean and walk out to beach was easy. The only complaint I have was one of the beds was extremely high. We could not use the bed it was so high. But we enjoyed our stay and had a great time. Would rent this unit again and add a step stool to the packing list!

Great condo!

We enjoyed our stay at Emerald Isle! The condo was clean & staff were responsive and friendly. Easy check in/check out process. The location was perfect- everything we needed was within short driving distance and many restaurants are just a short walk down the beach. Our only complaint was the code to the gate not always working and requiring a new code the day prior to checkout.

Perfect Family Getaway

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Sand and beach play; beautiful balcony view of the ocean, sunrises and sunsets; heated pool and hot tub. We enjoyed the New Year’s fireworks from the breezeway by the elevators. The accommodations of our rental unit were very thoughtful and comfortable, and we had a wonderful and relaxing stay..

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our email said we needed to bring several items that were already there. (Hair dryer& chairs for example) The weather wasn't nice very windy with light rain over 4 days,but we still got out when there was a break.The beds and bathrooms were nice and comfortable,but we like to have hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes and PJs. We couldn't get any any hot water from the kitchen sink,but lots in the bathrooms. We were surprised with all the taxes and add on fees. We have stayed at many condos in other areas,but this was the most expensive for Nov. We enjoyed our stay,but the charges were too high for us

Great Unit - Highly Recommend

We are from P'cola and go back to the beach at least every other year. Emerald Isle is our favorite place to stay and this unit didn't disappoint. It was very clean, had nice furniture, was well stocked, and the check-in and check out process was a breeze. Despite the unfortunate weather, we thoroughly enjoyed this unit and would stay again. We highly recommend!
