The second time we stayed. This one didn’t go as the first time. The room we got was #142 right next to the stairs and the ice maker. Until 1:30 in the morning on Saturday people stumping on the stairs. We believe the kids playing. Noise from the ice machine all night. And since we were wide awake we saw two roaches go underneath the bed. Not a good experience

I would not recommend this property to anyone. I rented 2 rooms as we were traveling with friends. Both rooms were not clean, the sheets had not been changed in one room and the bathroom was filthy! The other room still had objects from the previous occupant. The staff did not help like i would think they should have and when I asked to speak to the manager he was busy working on other issues. He was given my name and number but I still haven't been contacted. I will never book comfort inn again!!

I rented 2 rooms. One room the sheets had obviously not been changed and the bathroom was filthy. The other room still had things from the previous occupant so it wasn't cleaned very well either. When the staff was confronted about it they didn't handle things as well as expected. I asked to speak with the manager who was never available because he was handling other issues. He never contacted me about my issues

It's unfortunate what happened to me on the last day. We couldn't go out to Houston. The hurricane was already developing and for safety reasons we decided to stay. The lady came to the room and knocked and told us that we should go pay later. She called and threatened us that if we didn't go. The police were going to call us as if we were criminals, I and my family were on vacation, it is a lack of respect even though upon our arrival they ask me for a card for additional charges. The building where we were did not have any security. The doors were unlocked. The food was poor. The place looked very bad, sorry, they were wandering around the area, we were worried about our car and that someone was going to get to the room. The experience was not good. The room was good, the beds and the air, the TV, for the rest, the service was very bad. ……

When we pulled up, there was a huge biker “convention” happening at the pool. Was noisy, kind of intimidating. The door latch does not close fully, also about to fall off. The bathroom door does not lock; has the mechanism to lock but it just kept spinning. A little sketchy, but the plethora of cameras brought some sense of security

It was a good hotel with the price I wanted to pay. Not the ideal breakfast, grass needed to be cut but it was a nice hotel. It was clean overall. I would stay again!!

I booked this place quickly as a simple place to just lay my head, as I was unaware that I’d be in Pensacola for the evening. I am not sure if I would recommend to anyone. First I was unlucky and got a room with no view. Looking out the window and only a cement wall was seen, very little sunlight entered the room. Additionally, housekeeping needs a bit of work. I can’t speak for all rooms, but the room I received didn’t quite meet my expectations. Various strands of previous guests hair was found in the bed and bathroom, plus small stains on the top comforter. Overall I was able to sleep safely, but I do not think I would return in the future.
