“Breakfast was terrible limited choices. Out of coffee Had to ask turn things back on even though breakfast wasn’t over yet. And all in construction and the halls and rooms are in poor shape ”

“I picked this place because of decent reviews... Not sure if I got unlucky with my room, but it was bad. I walked in and saw that it wasn't the room I booked (no king bed), and that it was unkept and generally not very clean. I booked another room at a different hotel and never looked back. Didn't stay here, and wasn't offered a refund (in fairness it was a non-refundable booking, but under the circumstances I think a refund would have been fair). ”

“Issues with check in, staff was difficult to communicate with, breakfast was bland. Beds and pillows were comfortable and the pool was nice. The lobby smelled and the hallways were not clean. ”

“Rooms were fine, was charged a security deposit I wasn’t aware of but it was refunded. A little over priced for what you get and the location.”

“Staff and location was wonderful. I give the cleanliness 0/10. 1st I noticed the AC Didn’t work in my room no a major deal considering it isn’t summer but still was relatively warmer. On side of bed it there was what looked to be like dry I would assume dog urine. & before leaving I noticed an old salad left on top of the armoire by the door. As well as trash left between the fridge and cabinet.. ”

“I booked a two-night stay here but checked out after the first night because the room was in unacceptable condition. When we arrived, the room clearly had not been cleaned. There was urine on the toilet, the pillowcases were dirty, and many surfaces looked like they had not been wiped down at all. The window was open with no screen, which made it feel unsafe and unsanitary. I actually had to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies just to make the room usable. I even had to stand on a towel……
