“Booked Par-A-Dice through Expedia for a VIP stay and Melissa at the front desk made it exceptional. I asked about a suite upgrade and she personally took the time to make it happen. She was professional, kind, and a huge help. The suite and property were great, but Melissa’s service is why we’ll be back.”

I am 76 with bad arthritis and don't do stairs well, but there were no rooms available on the first floor. When we got to our room, the toilet would not stop running.
