“We stayed at the suite with a jetted tub in the room. Huge room/suite with kitchen and two bathrooms. Great bed and everything was wonderful. Highly recommended.”

“The hot tub and the pool which is why we booked looked nothing at all like the pictures the hot tub was green/brown at best the pool was a lighter shade but they both were very low on water the hot tub jets didn’t work. Our sink and shower had hair in it and the mid day front desk woman was cold and bothered at best. She was a bit rude about towels.The gentleman that checked us in was wonderful as well as the overnight woman.”

“The brrakfast was fine..basic. there is only 1 ice machine on the first floor. The pool is nice but getting old.. staff was great. Woukd be nice if they had a patio area”

“Disappointing. No maid service. You need towels, ask at front desk. Want your bed made, do it yourself. No breakfast included as shown on Expedia. No more IGH for me. No more Expedia for me.”

“I do not like this hotel. It is on my blacklist. 1,there was insects on the pillow and in the bed. 2, airconditioner did not work well. 3, blanket is dirt, look like they are not washed. 4, dust can be seen almost everywhere. 5, there were strange sound at out side the door and neiborghing rooms, feeling unsafe. 6,etc.”

“The room was dirty and disgusting. Horrible water damage on the ceiling and walls. The ceiling and wall paint was peeling from water drainage. The ceiling above the bed was brown, scared it was going to leak. Smelled of mildew. Could not get another room due to 3rd floor completely shut down. No better accommodations given. Do NOT stay here, the place needs to be closed.”
