"I don't know where the people stayed who left your glowing reviews, but it was NOT at this establishment. Front desk was closed at 10 when we came back from a movie so we couldn't get any kind of help. The phone number on the receipt was disconnected. The phone in the room had no cord, the TV would not come on, the bed was awful, the hallways smelled!! We were expecting a nice Vrbo experience, NOT a low rent national chain. Great location. And the staff was amazing. They all were friendly, answered questions, and offered ideas for dinner. One gentleman, in particular, went out of his way to help me. I was traveling home from a race with my bike on the back of my car. He came out and offered to help me take my bike to my room. He also suggested a fantastic restaurant downtown. I offered a tip and he refused it. Incredible customer service you just don't find anymore.
