The location is located in a strategic position to easily reach the coast and cities such as Pesaro, Fano, Senigallia, Rimini and Riccione. The completely fenced property is perfect to welcome big groups and it is surrounded by a lovely garden full of olive trees. Guests have access to a swimmingpool, a private and fenced pond, a soccer field in natural grass and outdoor spaces to eat all together. The accommodation borders on a property, although it guarantees privacy, exclusive entrance and spaces for relaxation. The farmhouse is set on two levels: the ground floor consists of a large living room with two dining areas, a kitchen, a toilet with laundry area and a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower suitable for disabled people. Jedes Zimmer bietet viele Platz und lädt zum Wohlfühlen ein. Das Gelände ist umzäunt, so dass auch Hunde willkommen sind. Alles ist super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Dieses Objekt kann nur wärmstens empfohlen werden. Die Gastgeber machen sich große Mühe, um den Gästen einen schönen Urlaub zu ermöglichen. Pool, Bolzplatz und Rasenflächen sind gepflegt und sauber. Die Anlage liegt auf einem Hügel von wo aus man den Sonnenuntergang beobachten kann. Es gibt alten Baumbestand und viele Olivenbäume auf dem Anwesen.
