"Clean room friendly staff/ Bathrooms need better drainage, slippery, bathroom floods every time you shower needed to drop towels on the floor "

"The breakfast was great. I enjoyed the salmon eggs Benedict and , a rarity, an excellent cup of tea. We did experience inadequate water temperature for bathing at night. A storm knocked out the elevators on the day of our departure so we were delayed because we did not want to carry our luggage down 11 floors. We were eventually rescued by staff who took us down in the service elevator. "

"We checked in late in the evening, and the front desk staff was very helpful in recommending a delivery choice for dinner. Our room was wonderful. Breakfast was definitely the downfall of the trip, but the hospitality staff was amazing. "

"The twin ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and helpful. At first I thought the poor woman was working multiple shifts at one time haha. The gentlemen at breakfast were also very friendly and the area was clean."
