Room was very clean, bottom of mattress had no signs of creepy crawlies. The bed was extremely comfortable. In fact, it was so comfortable I accidentally slept in and missed their breakfast. It was quiet too, I never heard anyone else making noise. The man at the front desk was nice.

The basement room was large but basic, very dusty, cobwebs in the corners, obvious signs of non-use and not terminally cleaned before my arrival. Pest trap in bathroom. The wall AC unit didn’t work, putting out room temp air even on coolest setting. Parking was easy and close to hotel entry, $35 cash. Night staff were great.

All the staff was great. Walls, carpet, sheets in disrepair. No coffee the first day at breakfast. Location was very central and good for on foot exploring. Would only stay again if they fixed and freshened the property.

Great location in Chinatown. Overall very nice experience. Staff was quick to solve any inconveniences and was very helpful in offering dining and activity advice. Didn't like having to pay $35/night to park at the property. Carpet in room needs a good steam cleaning too.

I enjoyed my stay at the Sleep Inn hotel in Philadelphia,PA the room was ideal and clean and it was in a nice part of the city. If I were to visit Philadelphia, PA in the future I would choose the Sleep Inn hotel again.

Staff were very mindful about who was checking in. Room was ok, but there were issues with paint peeling in the bathroom and a stain which was a bit concerning on the side chair. Needs some tlc. Location was good being located near China Town, Reading Market, and Jefferson Station. Pretty central to most things. Not a room with a view, but served the purpose.

The buffet breakfast is very basic, but it's good enough to start a day to do whatever needs to be done out. The hotel is very close to the convention center. There are many Asian restaurants within a minute walk. The parking for $35 daily was convenient.

This is my favorite hotel in the city I just don't always stay there if it's not convenient but the price is extremely reasonable and the rooms are always clean. It's steps away from Chinatown restaurants, SEPTA, the arch and close by attractions like reading terminal and the convention center.

It was a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was generous and ran past the 9am close at my location, which I appreciated. Room was right off the lobby, so it did get noisy at times, particularly in the early morning. Overall, I would go there again as it afforded good accommodations at a reasonable price in a prime location.
