The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge area was fantastic at night with an amazing view of downtown Phoenix.

Our events were awesome here at the hotel. I do suggest a stronger air conditioning system. Common areas stayed way too warm yet the rooms cooled off beautifully. I highly suggest the Cambria for stays and events.

The things that I didn't like about this hotel is the key cards were unreliable for the elevator and getting into my room, had to go get them reprogrammed Also when I was checking out everything was going smooth, finished the checkout process, called my Uber and waited in the lobby right in front on the desk for it to show up. When my Uber got there I was walking out the door and the lady at the front desk called me back and told me I didn't pay. She had about 10 minutes to tell me and figure it out while I was standing there but for some reason waited until my ride was outside waiting for me. I had to dig through my emails and forward my receipt from payment to the front desk. Not a huge deal but why wait until I'm walking out the door

This is the second Cambria I’ve stayed at in AZ and they have really impressed me. This downtown location is especially unique with a very artistic trendy vibe. You park on the street but there is plenty of free parking and it’s close to freeway and walking distance to downtown. Perfect if you want to watch a baseball game at Chase Field or a Suns game at the Foot Print Center.
