Very private and quiet 1 bedroom, 1 bath detached guest house on gated property. Full kitchen complete with full size refrigerator, dishwasher, pantry, stove, double sink, and convection/microwave oven. Kitchen has toaster, blender, and Keurig coffee maker.
Large bathroom with walk in shower and stocked with plenty of towels. Beach towels provided for pool activities. Washer and dryer located in bathroom as well.
Bedroom has a king bed and large walk in closet with a 55" TV. Queen sleeper sofa in family room also with a 55" TV.
Direct TV and internet.
Granite and travertine throughout.
Resort style pool with waterfalls, built in BBQ, stereo and 40” TV.

Quality Guest House
Mary and Dave were wonderful hosts, attentive to all our needs and we had all the amenities necessary for our stay. Our dog Bella loved being around the neighboring animals and meeting the mini horse. Wish the weather would've cooperated and we could've used that wonderful pool. Cave Creek was great.

Weekend Getaway
Second time staying at this property and it never disappoints! There is so much consideration placed into the little details that make this location feel like home. The house is extremely clean, well stocked and nearby anything you may need. Our daughter adores this place—known to her as the “fun pool house”. We enjoyed some fun in the sun, hung out in the pool all day and enjoyed AZ’s warm weather! Thank you for making our little girls summer adventures come to life for our last minute weekend getaway! If you are hesitant in booking this—don’t be! It will not disappoint.

Relaxing, gorgeous setting
We had the most wonderful time staying here. The cabana was well appointed with everything we needed, a comfy bed, fluffy towels, and even snacks. Mary and Dave were so friendly to talk to and even helpful giving us restaurant tips. Truly enjoyable hosts.. The pool area was amazing and we really enjoyed relaxing there, listening to the two waterfalls and making use of the barbecue. We loved having our coffee outside every morning and listening to all the birds. This location is very centrally located, so we were able to do several outings. We'd be back in a heartbeat!

I was there for the AZ Bike Rally and loved this guest house on VRBO!! Mary was a gracious host and explained the house features!! Didn’t know I had to click the gate to close on way out ooops thought it was automatic 🤣🤣. Great place to rent I you want to be near cave creek and also love ranch property.

Perfection at Pinnacle Vista

Arizona getaway
We had a great time staying at Mary and Dave’s guesthouse in Cave Creek. The property was beautiful and the hosts couldn’t have been nicer. Mary responded quickly to any inquiry. We arrived later than expected the first night and we went right in. There were snacks, tea, coffee and hot chocolate waiting for us and the kitchen was well stocked for cooking. There was plenty of towels and nice linens as well. The neighborhood was very quiet. We were close to many restaurants, grocery stores and shops, as well as hiking trails and golf courses. We used the barbecue grill several times which was great. Mary brought us a propane fire ring to use when we sat outside in the evening as it was slightly chilly...such a nice touch. We hope to return.

Lovely Property!
What a lovely little rental. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Mary and Dave are gracious hosts. Thx for welcoming our dogs and being so accommodating! The rental is comfortable and nicely appointed. If you are looking for a beautiful home to stay in during your visit to the North Scottsdale area, this is the very ONE you should stay at! Such gorgeous fetched guest house that was very clean, very inviting, and beautifully decorated! The homeowners provided great communication and were very friendly. The place is simply a peaceful desert oasis that I would return to in a heartbeat! It is so peaceful and relaxing. The home has all of the amenities that you could ever want and then some! I'm looking forward to when we are able to get back
