I was expecting the motel to be cleaner. The halways look dirty and the rooms flooring looks old. The bedding looks old. The desk clerk gave us the wrong number with our door entry cards, but we were able to find the right room. She is a new associate of your's. The breakfast was nice. A good variety of breakfast food. Very convenient for patients of Barrows.

Unfortunately our room had a few issues. The carpet was coming up, which after I requested maintenance, it was promptly fixed, just an unsatisfactory condition we walked into. The bathroom door was loose and needed repair, we never did get it repaired. The bathrooms in this facility do not have an exhaust fan, making it very difficult to shower one after another and have a clear mirror. Also take note they do not clean the room’s daily, every other day is their policy. It would have been nice to have fresh towels every day without having to ask for them. I understand having particular policies in place but this is one thing I think needs to be communicated to the guests at check in. Having it listed on a handout is a nice reminder but I think this is one thing that should be mentioned at check in, just like the friendly reminder on the times breakfast is served.

They were having the exterior painted and the paint crew dumped the waste paint in thee grass and rocks where children and dogs could put large flakes of paint in their mouths. The hall carpet is heavily worn. Mostly well taken care of just needs some updating.

We were told no problem if we only needed one night depending on a surgery but when checking out told we would be charged for two nights even though we didn’t stay.

Hotel was close distance to a two day event we attended. Disappointed with the cleaning service when we requested to have our room cleaned and replace the bed linen and towels in the bathroom. It was mentioned by the female front desk clerk that their policy is the rooms are cleaned only cleaned if the guests stay 4 or more nights. I told the desk clerk that was unacceptable and requested the room/bathroom be cleaned. She provided me the same response. I asked to speak to the manager. He granted my request and assured me the rooms would be cleaned be we returned back to the hotel for the second nights stay.
