“Very Disappointing Experience – Poor Customer Service Unfortunately, our experience at this property was not a good one. First, we discovered that we couldn’t lock the door. To their credit, maintenance was sent out to address the issue, and we appreciated that. However, we then discovered we had no hot water. Since the on-property manager left at 5:30 p.m., we called for assistance and spent quite a while on hold. We were told someone would be sent over right away, but no one ever showed……

“It was a cool place to stay. Convenient location. The room was very clean. The grounds were well kept. The breakfast was very good. I did expect them to be a little more welcoming. I loved the chocolate chip cookies!!”

“The setting and hotel were absolutely lovely! Close by but not right in the center of town, which gets pretty noisy at night. Walking distance to the Taos Plaza and numerous restaurants. Peggy, the owner, has owned and lovingly managed it for 30 years. It is the kind of place you'd love to stay for a week, relaxing in the sun in chairs on the patio and enjoying the delicious breakfasts. Would stay here again if we ever return to Taos. It's kinda hard to get there from Boston area, but so worth……

“Nicolas and Anna were great hosts. Nicolas is a trained chef so the breakfasts were fantastic. Hot tub is great. Nice location to look out at mountains. Very quiet. Strong recommendation!!”

“This was a really unique experience for us. It is an older historic bed and breakfast that we loved. We drove into the pasture to get to it and passed antelope and prarie dogs along the way. It was raining, so we didn't get to enjoy the sunset on the mountains behind. We sat by the fire in the main room and played a few games before retiring. The breakfast the next morning was served by the chef there and she was amazing, it certainly was a full breakfast and delicious! No tv's, but good……
