“The hist was very responsive and thoughtful and their home was cozy, comfortable and perfect for our group. ”

“The heater did not work so house was freezing. Fireplace did not appear to be working, and wood was wet and did not burn. Bed was not comfortable. Hot tub was gross and did not work. Sauna did not get hot. The pictures looked better than the actual experience. ”
