“We had reservations and we arrived customer service from hotel receptionist was very unprofessional they gave us a room that main front door had an ajar to it the room was a handicapped room had not been swept so I called the front desk and mentioned to them that if they could switch me rooms, the lady was very rude and I mentioned that I did not wanted a handicapped room they change the rooms we go back down with all the bags then up again but gave me another handicapped room again I called……

“We stayed here with our family for two nights since Yosemite National Park is close by. There is a restaurant on-site where you can order food, or you can cook for yourself in the kitchen. The grounds are nice enough, but the room was small, the bed sheets were not very clean, and the shower cabin was extremely small. The shower gel, shampoo, and soap were very watery because they had been diluted with water. Every time a car drove past, our cabin shook like an earthquake. To be honest, I……

“At check in the staff was great! We had very noisy neighbors and I tried calling the front desk and nobody answered. If you have an issue overnight you most likely are screwed. For the cost of the room it was upsetting that I felt abandoned.”
