"Great location for someone wanting to be close to Lake Natoma to paddleboard. It’s about 15-20 mins from the mall and the outdoor shops. It’s across the street from historic downtown Folsom. Shops close early but the restaurants and bars are open late. The hotel is old but it has charm. The rooms have always been clean when we stay and the house keeping staff is very friendly and welcoming. The cleaning ladies are always in a good mood and welcoming. There are other hotels a few miles away but this will always be our first choice."

"The lobby was absolutely perfect for having many out of town family gather together to chat and catch up. We enjoyed the patio in the back too. No free breakfast included BUT the Bistro in the lobby was delicious and their staff super nice. The hotel was close to restaurants, gas stations, retail, anything you’d need. We never heard any neighbors (on floor 3) so we lucked out with quiet people (including a traveling softball team). The only minor issue was that we were there for 3 nights and no one ever came in to make our beds, replace towels, empty garbage, etc. We were told they’d come every other day (so at least once during our stay) and we never even had our “Don’t Disturb” sign on the door handle. It wasn’t that big of a deal but…would’ve been nice. I would still recommend this hotel for anyone. It was perfect for our stay while reuniting with our west coast family."

My room was the same, bed was very comfortable, and had a couple different types of pillows to choose from (I prefer medium/firm, and there was 2 of those, as well as 2 soft, already provided without having to ask). Shower/bathroom was clean and no shortage of hot water, definitely made for unwinding at the end of a busy work trip enjoyable and relaxing. Staff was helpful and very courteous, always polite and ready to help if I needed anything. Thank you!!"
