"We had a wonderful stay at the Hotel Manoir Sherbrooke. The staff were extremely helpful, pleasant and welcoming. They allowed us to leave our bags after checkout, so that we could spend some more time sightseeing before catching an evening train.Our room was charming and spacious. Also the sitting room with free coffee, and tea is a lovely place to relax. Great location to walk to different areas of the city. Thank you again for your hospitality!"

"VERY rude staff. I purchased a room via debit card and when I got to the reception and showed them my receipt from online they told me they couldn’t accept debit cards and did not refund me for my rooms I already bought. They claimed they only accept credit cards however I bought a room there a week earlier with the same don’t card and they accepted it. The staff are on drugs, unstable, and constantly change their “ policy”stay away from this type of customer services. Still never got my refund...

"This hotel is a great value! Each apartment was spacious, clean and comfortable with a kitchenette, dining area, living room and lots of storage. The furnishings are basic but comfortable, and it had a small balcony. Breakfast had an assortment of fresh food. I would definitely recommend it!"
