“Reserved a 2 room suite, when arrived was advised since I had a pet I could not stay in the suite I paid for. Was moved to a standard 2 queen bed room which was $50- $60 less in price depending on what site or if it was purchased thru their site. They advised I would only get a $10 discount for the new room. Plus was charged an additional $70 for a pet fee.Sent message to management with no response.”
