“The toilet was clogged when we arrived. (Needed it badly at the time) Staff not only made comments about it as if I had clogged it but they took 40 minutes and three trips to the front to get us someone to unclog it. They ended up switching us to a different room altogether. Definitely something that housekeeping should have noticed beforehand but at least they moved us.”

“Fabulous for quiet retreat and all as advertised. Host above and beyond when I lost internet access device. Near a Kroger and kitchen equipped to cook.... hope to visit again :)”

“Breakfast was good and the staff was nice carpets were filthy blood on the pillows for the pull out bed . Worse thing is we specifically searched for a hotel with a pool which is what it was advertised as on Expedia and the pool was damaged by a flood sometime ago and not fixed nor do they have plans to fix it need to be more honest on the app”

The staff was warm and attentive; the room was spotless and the common areas were well lit and quiet. We slept peacefully and felt cared for every step of the way. I'd absolutely stay here again.”
