“Host had great communications, the area is very nice but remote with activities spread around. Property was exceptionally clean, but keep in mind that the rental is on the second floor and the stairs are very steep to access it.”

I was always able to get someone on the phone but on a cell in an area with weaker coverage speaking to someone who does not have English as their first language led to some miscommunications.
