“Location was excellent and a little quieter than staying in the Old Town. The hotel and the room were clean and spotless. Rooms were well laid out and had all the amenities you could think of. Breakfasts had a great selection for most tastes, and they even offered a mid-afternoon snack if you were around. Recommend staying here. Can't beat the price.”

When enter the room on 5th floor, the room type is not the one I book, the room wz Prague Castle view！And then go to the front counter to change the room on 9th flooor. When having a shower, find out the water drained from bathtub is coming out from shower room floor！Advise the front counter about this situation and be informed a technician will be sent up to look at it.……

“The front desk staff, Mr. Hamdin, was wonderful. He’s always helpful and warm. I really enjoyed the 5 nights stay in this hotel. The room is clean and spacious. The only thing is bathroom shower water output from the faucet is not large enough. Location is perfectly convenient. Just to remind who’s driving over that valet parking fee is not cheap. Breakfast is nice and fresh. ”

“The room was very spacious. The facilities are a bit dated, but everything is well kept and in good condition. Staff were super friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was generous, and both lunch and dinner were quite good too. A big plus is the shopping mall and food court just behind the hotel, which makes things really convenient. The hotel isn’t in the city center, but Prague’s public transport is excellent — it only takes about 30 minutes to reach the Old Town. Overall, it’s a great……
