“Perfect”

“This is our second time staying here, and we will stay here again. We had a few questions, and the responses were always immediate. The location is perfect, and for us the boat launch and slip are invaluable. The location is great for Silver Dollar City and Branson if that is important to someone. Highly recommend!!”

“Our stay at Theo’s Saddle Ridge Lodge was excellent! The property was exactly as described and then some! The house was exceptionally clean, the rooms and furnishings were very comfortable and beautifully decorated. The bunk room with rock climbing wall and slide was a HUGE hit with our grandchildren. They actually enjoyed “going to their room” for quiet time -LOL The downstairs TV/game room was an added treat. We did not use the hot tub as it was VERY hot and humid the week we stayed. But we……

“We had a wonderful stay! Having three floors made it very accommodating for three families. The children enjoyed the bunk beds and game room.”

“Fantastic host and property. We had a great time. Everything went seamlessly. Great communication. We would definitely recommend to anyone traveling to Branson/Table Rock Lake.”

“I have rented houses for over 30 years for vacation. This house had a wonderful layout for our family, 8 kids 3 in diapers and on special needs that will have a seizure if she is startled awake. The master bedroom was wonderful for me and her because it was away from the rest of the kids for bedtime. In addition I Loved the upstairs bunkhouse for the kids and they loved it. Excellent host. The pool does get crowed after 1, but if you go around 10:30 it gives the kids the time they need in the……

“Very family friendly! Lots of space for the 14 people on our group! Great layout, close to the pool, so much outdoor seating and a great hot tub! Only complaints are that the mattresses in the upstairs bedrooms were very uncomfortable and had huge dips in them. And the game room was humid and had a musty smell…leaving the door open to the house and running a fan did help. Overall a great place and communication with the host was easy and they were very helpful and quick to respond! Would……

“The floor by the kitchen tables is starting to come up. The refrigerator was making noises the whole week. The furniture in the living room could be updated. Overall we enjoyed are stay!”

“Great place! Very clean. Host was very helpful. We lost power for several hours and the road was closed for repairs on one day so we had walk a quarter mile to get to the place but otherwise great stay!”
