“Whats stood out for us was the price, it was a basic price for a basic room. Id personally call this a motel, our room opened into the car park which was quite advantageous for what we wanted. Staff were friendly (we were charged for a nights stay instead of nightly tax which has been a hassle but has been sorted and we do take some responsibility). I would have given 5* but the room could have been cleaner, there was someone elses t shirt under the bed. ”

“The blanket and pillow are not whitish clean with smelly, looked used-for-long-time-ago. The room was very small but with very high expensive room rate. It was not worthwhile. The only good point was the hotel above the convention centre where Metro exit and a big supermarket were there.”

The staff were warm and welcoming, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Plus, being so close to a variety of fantastic local restaurants was a huge bonus. “We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”
