"Perfect spot for the Beach !!!!!!"

"Clean, quiet, comfortable and close to everything. This was perfect for our family of three. My 9 year old was thrilled to have her own bedroom. The king size bed was a necessity for me and my husband, as he is a big guy. We saved a bunch of money by cooking in. The washer and dryer were also essentials for us. We loved being able to walk across the street to get to the beach. Ample, easy parking. "

For the most part it was clean, there were no bugs or anything, but the floors made our feet turn black which also made the tub turn black. There were dirty dishes in the cabnets and the fridge was very dirty. I called the managment company and they claimed it was their "best" person cleaning that unit. I was kind enough to notify them their "best" person was not doing their best. The pools are awesome but everything is...
