We arrived in Galveston at 11 am to not be able to get into our condo until after 8 pm after going to the property twice to find the owner still there was very inconvenient. There were no kleenex, a half of a role of paper towels, no broom or dust pan. We found the condo exterior and lobby were under construction also and we received no notice of this.
