Had 3 mins of hot 🔥 water at 8am. Dude said "sorry its an old building and only a 100 gal water heater. FOR ALL THE THE ROOMS IN THAT BUILDING"

No hot water complained the second day still not fixed , person at desk pretty much blew us off . Last day someone came to look only qfter we complained again had to use another rooms shower mind ya it was a previously used room and completely ruined our morning amd were late for where we had to be

The only thing I liked about the property was the staff were very accommodating and friendly. But the hotel is a disaster. Even the main hotel sign out front was lying on the ground broken. My room was bad also. The fridge and one of the table lamps were unplugged. And when I moved the fridge to plug it in the floor was filthy. The toilet didn't function properly. It had to be flushed 3-4 times to empty it. Really cheap small towels. And the room wasn't particularly inexpensive. Other than the staff I would rate it as a zero.
